Character Generation
Attributes will be rolled rather than allocated. Children will inherit influences to their attributes from both their mother and father.
SIZ is 3D6+4
All other stats are 3D6+1
This means that starting characters have a maximum of SIZ 22 and (if Cymric) CON 21.
